I'm the go-to IT person onsite, handling all the daily tech needs for 66 private offices and over 50 coworking desks. I manage Microsoft 365, email systems, internal tools, and make sure the network stays stable and secure. I also guide the team on best practices to keep our email domain in good standing.
On the hardware side, I take care of IT inventory and purchasing, and set up asset tagging to keep everything organized. I handle frontline support through our CRM and escalate more complex issues to senior IT when needed.
I set up and maintain AV systems for meetings and events, including large displays, conferencing tools, and sound systems, and I configure our phone system as well. I also manage basic configurations for firewalls, switches, and CCTV systems, handling installation and cable routing when needed.
I’m hands-on with physical setups like mounting TVs and getting hardware up and running. I also prepare and document monthly billing reports for internal systems and client support services. My schedule is flexible, and I’m always ready to step in whenever needed.
