I work in the BPO industry for 11 years now. At first, my role is as Data analyst on a Healthcare account. My next role is Deal Facilitator registering contracts, processing billing, resolving disputes. Basically from Data entry into Finance/Accounting related role.

My first role as Data Analyst lasted for 3 years and 6 months but I'm not matured enough as I'm too young that time
My second role as Deal Facilitator is my current role for 7 years already. Here, I got matured and got promoted twice.
I'm hardworking and willing to learn at all times. I believe in the continuous learning.
