I am Engr. Melisa Payumo a licensed civil engineer in the Philippines. I’ve been an office engineer on one of the local construction company for two years in the Philippines. My key roles are combination of site works and paper works. For paper works I do estimates, prepares variation order, billing of the project, subcontractors billing, prepares monthly schedules and accomplishment reports. For site works I assist on implementing and execution of the project from civil works to finishing works. For two years I’ve handled several projects such as three-storey steel parking building, steel warehouse, two-storey commercial building and line canal. In terms on my estimating works I use excel, AutoCAD and Planswift, this software helps me on accurate estimate outcome and helps me finish my works on time.
