I have worked in the food manufacturing sector for around 2 years, with the majority of my work experience revolving around food safety compliance and quality assurance. My most recent job responsibilities encompassed documentation and staff training. I have worked with cross-departmental teams in the creation of HACCP, GMP, and SOP documents as well as trained company employees in compliance with ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 ver. 6.1 standards.
