I’m Niño Palma, a driven and purpose-oriented individual with a bachelor's degree in information technology from Batanes State College in Basco, Cagayan Valley. Over the past four years, I’ve gained a well-rounded mix of academic training, real-world experience, and leadership involvement—equipping me with both technical expertise and the interpersonal skills essential in today’s digital landscape.
My foundation in IT is rooted in key areas such as Networking Management, System Troubleshooting, Digital Tools Integration, and Multimedia Design. These specializations have allowed me to build a versatile skill set, particularly in graphic design and digital content creation. I have produced a wide range of materials—from branding visuals and social media graphics to promotional flyers and print-ready marketing assets. These hands-on projects refined my attention to detail, creativity, and client-focused mindset.
During my internship at the Office of the Provincial Board Secretary, I had the opportunity to apply my IT knowledge in a government setting. I assisted in digitizing legislative records, maintaining information systems, and supporting administrative workflows within a policy-driven environment. This experience deepened my appreciation for digital governance, document management, and the role of IT in public service. It also reinforced the value of organized systems, data accuracy, and professional integrity in government operations.
Beyond academics and internship work, I actively participated in student leadership. As a member of the Alliance of Information Technologists Organization and the Supreme Student Council, I contributed to student engagement efforts, campus-wide initiatives, and interdepartmental collaborations. These roles strengthened my leadership, communication, and project coordination skills while cultivating a sense of accountability and service.
I am now focused on applying my combined technical and creative strengths to support individuals, teams, and organizations in achieving their goals.
