Hello, i am a graduate of BS IT major in java programming. I've been working as a programmer since 2014 and with almost a decade of experience. I started as a javascript programmer from a logistics company, became an assistant manager in IT in a local bank and handled bills payment and started my innovation to automation projects where our team makes tedious manual work into a system or automation.
Currently, I serve as a Team Lead and Technical Lead at a reputable Norwegian firm, overseeing a talented team of 5 programmers and 2 QA specialists. In this role, I am responsible for coordinating project timelines, managing stakeholder expectations, reviewing code and deliverables, and ensuring the successful execution of complex development initiatives. Our technology stack primarily includes Java, Oracle, JavaScript, and HTML.
In addition to my technical expertise, I am a certified Scrum Master (PSM1), adept at applying Agile methodologies to facilitate seamless team collaboration, improve productivity, and deliver value-driven results. My comprehensive skill set enables me to bridge technical excellence with effective team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards.
