I’m a graduate of BS Psychology currently working as an HR Assistant with hands-on experience in mental health support, counseling, record-keeping, and drafting memorandums/notices. I’m known for being empathetic, adaptable, and is eager to learn new things. Alongside my clinical foundation, I bring organization and a people-first mindset into everything I do. I want to be known for my calm presence, strong communication skills, and my ability to create safe, supportive, and meaningful connections—whether in mental health work or administrative tasks.
