I have been working for five years as a professional customer service supposed and am highly experienced in email and chat support. My goal is to not just resolve problems but also to make sure clients are assisted and listened to at all times. I also gained experience as a Fraud Analyst for a period of one year, where my job was to spot any discrepancy in documents and increase my sensitivity towards details, both of which are necessary to make an organization secure.
