I used Shopify to manage the e-commerce operations of an Australian client under a one-year contract. I also generated leads using whitepaper pages and LinkedIn, and managed the prospecting process through Salesforce.
I joined Accenture, where I provided customer service support for an Australian utility client across both voice and non-voice channels for a total of 4 years and 4 months. I worked in the Credit and Collection Department as a Payment Specialist, responsible for processing payments and handling various accounts receivable tasks for both B2C and B2B clients. My duties included cash application, refunds, balance transfers, locating misapplied payments, and reconciling cash inflows and outflows for commercial and industrial accounts with millions of dollars in transactions.
I later supported a Canadian utility client, managing billing processes and resolving billing disputes for almost 3 years.
Additionally, I performed direct sales and digital marketing for my family business.
