Hi! My name is Armichael John Manaluz, and I’m a licensed PHRN and USRN based in the Philippines. I’ve been working in healthcare for over five years now, and more than a year of that has been as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant for a U.S.-based clinic.
In my VA role, I helped manage day-to-day clinic operations—things like updating EMRs, verifying insurance, handling HIPAA-compliant billing and invoices, and making sure patients got the information and support they needed. I’m comfortable using different EMR systems, and I always make it a point to communicate clearly, professionally, and with care.
Before that, I worked with the Department of Health here in the Philippines, where I was involved in public health surveillance and outbreak response for polio and COVID-19. It really taught me the value of teamwork, adaptability, and being reliable, especially under pressure.
Whether I’m supporting a doctor, organizing records, or helping a patient through a process—I always try to bring empathy, efficiency, and a heart for service. I take pride in being someone others can count on, especially when it comes to healthcare.
I’d love to bring that same energy and dedication to your team. Thank you so much for your time, and I hope to work with you soon!
