My first job was being a hospital nurse in a tertiary hospital wherein I was able to do bedside care, patient's admission, transfer and discharge, preparing and
giving oral and intravenous medications to patients in a medical and surgical ward.
Second is getting a job as Human Resource Officer in a Pharmacy Industry. My specific role there are focus on employee recruitment and hiring, processing payroll including their compensation and benefits, training and development of staffs, implementing and updating HR policies and procedures, employee relations and counselling, conducting performance evaluation and maintaining employee records and other administrative tasks.
