My name is Alex and I've been in the customer service industry for 7 years, specifically in healthcare. In 2 of those years, I held a leadership position as an assistant supervisor and a supervisor handling a team of up to 22 people and have a good track record in that span. I have been in chat, email, and calls support prior to the leadership position handling claims and benefits inquiries, web/tech support, and most recently as dispatch coordinator creating routes for drivers/technicians and making sure certain delivery and pickup times are met.
I have experience in dealing with different kinds of people and customers from friendly to irate, and am fully confident I can resolve any issues while maintaining a calm and collected demeanor. While I have these experiences, I am also open to new learning new skillsets and being in a different industry.
