As a Quantity Surveyor, I am passionate about delivering accurate cost advice and commercial solutions that support successful construction projects from tender through completion. My experience spans residential, commercial fit-out, and refurbishment projects, where I have developed expertise in cost estimating, quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), procurement, variation management, cost planning, and commercial reporting.
I currently support both local and UK-based construction projects, working with multidisciplinary teams to prepare tender estimates, pricing, RFIs, variation assessments, procurement documentation, and project cost reports. I also specialize in estimating building envelope and architectural finishes, including cladding systems, wall assemblies, ceiling systems, floor finishes, drylining, and interior fit-out works, ensuring accurate pricing and commercially viable project outcomes.
