As a Team Lead, I’ve learned to thrive under pressure, balancing people, performance, and process. I’ve built the habit of stepping in when things get messy, guiding my team through change, resistance, and high-volume days without losing sight of fairness or accountability. I communicate, coach with intention, and I always try to make decisions with both the team and the business in mind.
But deep down, my heart has always been in HR.
I want to become an HR Associate not just because I studied it, but because I believe in it. I want to be someone who helps people feel seen and supported while still pushing them to grow. I want to be in the room when hard decisions are made — and be the voice that reminds everyone to lead with empathy and act with integrity.
More than anything, I want to be known as a worker who shows up: dependable, thoughtful, and never afraid to speak up when something needs to be said. I take pride in doing the work, not just finishing tasks, but shaping how people experience work.
