I am a graduate of a two year course in Computer Software Technology. I also took up Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in English to which I was able to finish up to second year. I've already been through a lot of work experiences, and most of them are in the BPO industry. I have customer service experiences through phone, chat and email in many different lines of business like order entry, logistics, technical support, finance, sales and billing and even face to face customer service. Moreover, I am passionate about continuous learning and development.
