I work within the Systems and Projects Department, supporting system initiatives throughout their full lifecycle—from planning and documentation to testing and deployment. I develop detailed test scripts, take part in UAT implementation, and ensure seamless system testing and rollout. I collaborate closely with internal and external teams to align efforts and maintain strong engagement across each initiative.
