Hi, I’m Yves, a Psychology graduate and HIPAA-certified Medical Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines. I trained with Janie Health, where I completed a comprehensive US-based VMA program that included EHR (Practice Fusion), phone handling, insurance basics, and live scribing.
I also have experience assisting therapists during my internship, supporting neurodivergent children, and helping manage records and scheduling.
