With six years of experience as Sales Support Associate in Electrical and Lighting corporate office work at Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO). Where I have been responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns through both inbound and outbound calls. And I serve as the primary office-based counterpart to our field sales agents, supporting them by coordinating with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless communication. Also I am one who processing daily customer orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
