My technical skills, Word processing skills and computer literacy are I guarantee to be reliable. My years in the BPO industry developed my customer service, communication and adaptability skills. Since I get to work in a back office field, you can rely in my attention to detail. I was exposed to email management, organizing and project management during college days in our internship, while leading a club and these past few month when I was applying for part-time jobs.
