I find information, organize it, and turn it into something useful. My approach is pretty straightforward: gather everything first, sort through what matters, structure it, then hand over something clean and complete. It is just how I naturally work through things.
I tend to go beyond the obvious sources when researching, cross-check what I find, and do not consider something done until I am reasonably confident in it. I do well with detail-heavy tasks and I pay close attention, which I think also makes me a decent fit for content moderation work. If given clear guidelines, I can review and assess consistently without losing focus.
I prefer to ask questions upfront so I can work through things on my own without needing to check in constantly. I am not the loudest person on a team but I am reliable and I take the work seriously.
