As a developer, I deeply adore being multi-disciplined on my field of interests. While working, I always make sure to practice this approach to my work that incorporated design and development so that users can have better experience while using the applications or websites. The focus of my work can shift as the need arises for certain skills in the environment and I use this chance to hone my skills in an in demand area.
When writing code, I prefer to make it as simple as possible but I make sure that it won't affect the functionality that my clients needed. I also believe in the "think-before-you-act-approach, to spend some time figuring out the bigger picture of the task/problem before coding to prevent lots of revisions in the future, thus saving our time and your money.
