I am Franz Ryan Bonita and was referred to by Joel Que. I am very excited to apply as an Automation Analyst. With over 9 years in the BPO. I was an Operations Team Lead for 4 years who handled 25 agents as my first team and achieved Top 1 in KPI results for the whole year. Then I was transferred to a new team which is the escalation team with 40 officers. I trained and nurtured these employees to be future leaders and enhance their skills and knowledge. I am also a former Escalation Officer in which I am the next point of contact for escalated cases and providing resolutions in the most efficient manner without compromising quality. I also worked for a tech e-sports company prior to BPO for 4 years. I was Hardware/Software technician in handling computers, networking and diskless servers. I am also responsible for deploying units(Ingress and Egress) in major events.
My background includes Microsoft tools proficiency. software installations, hardware pc building and networking. Also working in the BPO I was part of the sales team in which we were looking for leads to advertise and sell products. I have strong customer engagement and establish good rapport in face to face or online platforms.
