Hello! I'm ----------- ----------- but you can call me Butch! I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional eager to join a high-performance coaching team as a Fitness Virtual Assistant. My commitment to health and wellness isn't just professional; it's deeply personal and has become a core advocacy.
I was motivated to fully embrace a disciplined fitness journey two years ago after receiving a diagnosis of fatty liver. I started with regular cardio and gym sessions and have since progressed to powerlifting, which has caused my lab results to return to normal. This is a strong indication of the benefits of consistent effort, progressive overload, and careful diet. This change in myself has increased my desire to actively assist others in achieving their wellness objectives.
Beyond my personal experience, I actively help and mentor fellow gym-goers, recognizing their needs and providing encouragement. I have firsthand knowledge of the everyday struggles and victories faced by the fitness community thanks to this practical, real-world experience.
Through our business endeavors, my wife and I have developed a mutual passion for food and fitness. Most recently, we have begun cooking nutritious, macronutrient-calculated meals for friends and fellow gym-goers. I now have strong transferable skills that I can use in a VA role thanks to this practical experience:
- Relationship management and daily client communication (such as responding to messages and providing assistance)
- Efficiency and operational organization (tracking, order management, and making sure workflows run smoothly)
- Support for content development (such as macro computation and help with healthy meal recipes)
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
I am self-motivated, quick to pick things up, and very good at strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). I am well-versed in important fitness concepts like macro split, progressive overload, and calorie deficit. I am naturally tech-savvy, quick to grasp complicated systems, and skilled at navigating unfamiliar software environments because I have been a lifelong gamer. Although I haven't worked with Trainerize or any specific project management, CRM, or email marketing software before, I am very skilled with other related programs like MyFitnessPal, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and CapCut (which I use a lot for my powerlifting content). I am a quick and committed learner, and I am sure that I can pick up new platforms quickly and fit right in with your team to provide outstanding customer service.
My objective is to be the foundation of your client's success by offering careful, proactive, and sincere support so that your coaches can concentrate on changing people's lives. I'm looking for a long-term, full-time, remote job and am available right now.
