-Proper communication to obtain any missing information required to process orders
-Handling documents with confidentiality to input in the system
-Providing updates on discrepancies and other issues
-Organizing informations provided properly
-Inventory management
-Providing options similar to client's order
2.Customer Care and Back office Associate
-Responding to calls and e-mails
-Resolving client issues concerning orders with appropriate communication via online platforms
-Providing invoices via online platforms
-Effectively communicating with offshore counterpart when necessary
-Understanding client needs to resolve concerns
-Approaching clients with utmost respect and empathy to resolve issues effectively
-Providing solutions and right course of action for client satisfaction
3. Logistics, Importation, Trucking services and Forwarding
-Monitoring of shipment/vessel status and providing daily digital updates to Importer/Client
-Coordinating with release of shipment from Bureau of Customs
-Process documents and payments for shipment release.
-Organizing documents and receipts for Billing
-Track and tracing of pick-ups and deliveries
-Managing pick-ups and deliveries
-Providing status updates to clients and management
-Organizing reports of Pick-ups and Deliveries for meetings
-Organizing expenses for reimbursement and billings
-Supervising and managing motorized messengers
-Requesting cheques for payment
