Hi, I'm Shula, a 25 year old who do a lot of things despite being an introvert since birth. I am currently a Junior Architect (1+ year experience) with a passion for digital illustration. It started as a hobby after I got a little bored in using charcoal & graphite (I've been accepting portrait commissions since 2017), but it eventually became part of my source of income. Using my newly discovered skill, I opened a shop online called "Papyrophilia" in 2020 showcasing my art. Thus, when you open my web portfolio, you would see some of the stuffs I used to sell (I stopped after 3 years because I became extremely busy at school). I also do a bit of graphic design here and there, I design service menus, promotional banners and even made a logo for a thriving spa (for 3 years) here in my city.
At school, others noticed that I could do voiceovers and a bit of emceeing on the side, that's a skill I picked up from joining english declamation and storytelling during elementary to highschool. I'd dream of becoming a full-time artist, but after I got my degree in BS Architecture, I slowly shifted into becoming more technical. In my current work experience, I do 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering. Outside the screen, I got to experience the actual construction by site supervision. I felt the need to increase my awareness in terms of safety on site, that's why I also became a Safety Officer 2.
I'm currently looking for a job that would let me apply one or two of my knowledge and skillset. A job that would let me either be creative or technical, or much better both!
