Every figure had to be right because management made real decisions — hiring, budgeting, construction — based on the reports I produced.
Beyond data, I was involved in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs, ensuring every initiative ran efficiently and on target. I worked closely with school leaders, teachers, local government units, and partner organizations to collect, validate, and act on field information.
