Hi, I’m Jan Allen Torio, a dedicated Medical Virtual Assistant
with a degree in Office Administration and hands-on
experience supporting doctors in the U.S., particularly in the
QME (Qualified Medical Evaluator) field.
I specialize in managing QME workflows — from patient
scheduling and sending out intake forms to confirming
appointments and handling email correspondence. I serve as
the right hand of the doctor, ensuring that all administrative
processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Working in the medical VA industry has been both fulfilling
and inspiring for me. I’m passionate about helping healthcare
