I am a lead associate and patient advocate for 3 years doing inbound and outbounds calls. Also taking in escalated calls, coaching errors and reports. Working on behalf of the hospital as an imaging scheduler for outpatient appointments and also biopsy procedure especially for mammograms and breast health appointment where in I speak directly to the patient and providers also radiology department. I also serves as the subject matter expert for the process. and familiar with managerial tasks. I also helped new hires to be familiar with the process and served as their trainer for practicing quality calls while hitting compliance.
