And Most recently, I worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative at HCLTech, where I assisted with claims, referrals, and prior authorizations for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island — all while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and data privacy protocols.
Previously, I supported United Healthcare at TTEC, where I handled patient scheduling, billing, pharmacy services, and eligibility. These roles helped me develop strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
