I've been in the Customer Service Industry for 8 years, with experience in remote work. I started as a Travel Consultant in an Airline and pioneered their Social Media account which consists of chat, inbound, outbound contact with clients. After some time, I became a Quality Analyst. I also have experience in the Utilities Industry as a Customer Support, Billing and Collections agent. I've worked in the Insurance Industry as well as a Senior Account Executive and my most recent work was with a direct client in the US where I was a Retentions Supervisor.
