I have over 20 years of experience supporting day-to-day business operations, administration, and internal coordination. My role has consistently been to keep things organized behind the scenes so teams can work efficiently and management can focus on decision-making and revenue-generating work.
I handle task tracking, documentation, reporting, scheduling, and communication across departments. I make sure deadlines are met, records stay accurate, and information flows properly between clients, staff, and partners. I am comfortable working independently and taking ownership of processes once trained.
I also work with various business tools and CRMs. I have training exposure to real estate transaction workflows, but my core strength applies to any industry that needs structure, follow-through, and accountability.
