I’ve worked as an Installment, Contract, and Receivables Associate at St. Catherine Realty Corporation for 2 years and 2 months. With the name of my job title, Installment means my job involves computing and recording the amortization of clients for the lot that they purchased in installments and I also prepare Statements of Account for their balances with their lot or dues to the subdivision. Contract means I was the one who prepared the Contract to Sell and Deed of Sale of clients in which it is stated there the computation of VAT and amortization schedule. Receivable means I was the one who prepared the Accounts Receivable report of the different operating corporation. I worked with clients who purchased lots as my previous company is a developer. I was also responsible for the Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly collection report of the company, Interest Income report, and my job also entails different forms of computation such as Transfer Fee of lot, Construction Bond, and Creditable Withholding Tax.
