Hello, my name is Mary Grace N. Rara, and I currently work as an IT Staff at Preman Marketing and Distribution Network, Inc. While my primary responsibility is managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure—including hardware support, software troubleshooting, and network administration—I also take on additional roles to support operational efficiency.
In addition to my IT duties, I function as an Inventory Specialist, where I oversee stock levels, track inventory movement, and ensure that records are accurate and up to date. I’m also responsible for purchasing activities, handling procurement processes by sourcing vendors, requesting quotations, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchases to meet the company's needs.
My diverse responsibilities have given me a well-rounded understanding of both technical systems and logistical operations, making me a versatile asset to the team.
