From coordinating 10+ simultaneous store builds across the philippines, to managing remote pre-construction for commercial fitouts in Australia, to serving as the day-to-day operations anchor for landscape and painting companies in New Zealand and the USA , I've been the bridge between the people who plan and the people who build.
My background spans project coordination, estimating, contract administration, scheduling, and procurement. I'm fluent in both the technical side (BOQs, RFIs, variations, compliance) and the human side (client expectations, subcontractor management, stakeholder communication).
