a) Liaise and coordinate employee's benefits and privileges with various government agencies such SSS, PAG-IBIG,PHILHEALTH and BIR.
c) Administer the performance appraisal for contractual or probationary employees and annual performance appraisal for regular employees. Analyze and give comparative result/s of the same to the Head of the Department.
d) Responsible in monitoring of Daily Time Records/attendance and punctually of all employees and report summary
e) Responsible in keeping and updating the Personal (201) files; ensures the safety and confidentiality.
g) Administers recruitment, interviews and orientation.
a) Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and distribute accordingly.
Assist the Director in maintaining liaisons with project partners, preparing reports, proposals.
