I’ve supported different types of retail businesses and I’m very comfortable using remote tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Automate, ScreenConnect, and RDP. I’m used to handling tickets, following up on issues, and explaining technical steps in a simple way that clients can easily understand.
I work well independently, I’m reliable, and I make sure issues are properly resolved and documented. I’m currently looking for a remote IT support role where I can apply my experience and continue helping businesses keep their systems running smoothly.
