As an HR and Administrative Assistant, I am responsible for supporting a wide range of human resources and administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of daily processes. I maintain accurate timekeeping records and process Daily Time Records (DTR), while efficiently utilizing the HR Information System (Jeonsoft) for employee data management. In recruitment, I post job openings, screen resumes and application documents, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with department managers. I handle onboarding and offboarding procedures, prepare employment contracts, undertakings, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and register new hires in the biometric system.
I facilitate HMO enrollment, manage incoming HR-related inquiries, and prepare HR documents such as memos and notices. Additionally, I organize and maintain employee 201 files, manage employee asset inventory, and prepare Employee Asset Accountability Forms. I also handle administrative duties such as ordering office supplies and managing inventory for recruitment materials. I send HR announcements for birthdays, work anniversaries, public holidays, and company events, and attend to business and product proposals from external organizations. Furthermore, I prepare and organize monthly employee engagement activities to support a positive and productive workplace culture. I am also entrusted with handling ad hoc and urgent administrative tasks as needed to support overall organizational efficiency.
