I started my career in IT support and then I spent over seven years as an Marketing Office Staff, with an additional year as a Team Leader. In those roles, I managed data entry, reports, customer communication, and team training. I also developed strong skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PC hardware troubleshooting. Over time, I became highly skilled at organizing workflows, handling transactions, and generating accurate reports. What I enjoy most is solving problems and helping processes run smoothly. Now, I’m excited to transition into a Digital Marketing role where I can apply my technical expertise, attention to detail, and teamwork experience to support business operations.
