One of my recent projects was an end-to-end quote-to-booking system for a service business. I built a system that automatically calculates pricing, uses AI to interpret customer requests, checks live calendar availability, sends quotes through Telegram for owner approval, and automatically creates bookings after approval. I also implemented automated testing for the core pricing, availability, and approval logic.
I also have professional experience in data operations and reporting, including Excel, Power Query, macros, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Google Sheets, and Apps Script. I've worked with large and inconsistent datasets, performed data validation and reconciliation, and automated repetitive reporting tasks.
