As an individual with ten years working experience with different industries, my skills and experiences shape me to the professional person I am now. Currently, I am working as Client Onboarding Analyst in a financial company, the only difference here is that I onboard client where I directly get in touch with them and business for compliance of documents required when opening an account. I am responsible for documenting the client’s documents and thoroughly checking if these documents are valid and satisfies the company’s requirements. I deal and communicate with multiple people on daily basis and conduct daily catch-up call with other teams to ensure that we are all updated with the status and pending requirements of clients. I also manage prioritization as I am doing multiple onboarding and other business as usual requests. It is also my responsibility to analyze and make decisions on situations that will cause delay or hinder an account opening procedure. I must say that I have a strong foundation with interacting and coordinating with people, scrutinizing documents for accuracy and compliance, and doing onboarding from end to end.
