I’m Maricris Ariniego. I’ve been working in the customer service and collections industry for about 16 years now, starting at West Asset Management and currently with Tata Consultancy Services.
Over the years, I’ve handled both credit card and mortgage accounts, assisting clients with payment plans, resolving past-due balances, and helping them find the best solutions for their financial situations. I really take pride in being able to help customers while also meeting business goals.
My key strengths are communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. I’m also very adaptable, goal-driven, and comfortable working with data and digital tools. I think my background in psychology really helps me understand and deal with people calmly and professionally, even in tough situations.
In terms of achievements, I’ve consistently met and exceeded collection targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. I’ve also received positive feedback from clients and team leaders for being reliable and solutions-oriented, especially when handling sensitive or challenging cases.
