I do two things that usually require two hires: I keep your books clean, and I automate the parts of your back office that eat your week.
Bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online)
I handle live books for a US restaurant client — Toast POS sales mapped into QuickBooks Online, invoices captured and coded through xtraCHEF, revenue split by category with matching COGS accounts, AP tracked weekly, bank feeds reconciled. I also help set up new books from scratch: chart of accounts, integrations, and catch-up work when a business has been operating without proper records.
Automation (n8n, Zapier)
AI chatbots that answer customer FAQs from your own business information instead of generic scripts. Lead qualification flows that collect the details your sales team needs before a human gets involved. Workflow automations that connect the tools you already use so nobody is copying data between them by hand.
Customer support background
I came from BPO customer support, so I understand what a good client interaction looks like from the customer's side — not just the technical side. That's why my automations don't feel robotic and my client updates don't need decoding.
What working with me looks like: I ask questions before I touch anything, I document what I build so you're not locked to me, and I tell you when something isn't worth automating yet.

Message me with what you're using now — POS, accounting software, and where the manual work is piling up — and I'll tell you honestly what I'd fix first.
