Customer Service, Order Processing, Order Tracking, Collection Specialist

I've been in a BPO Industry for 9 years already as a Customer Service and a Collection Specialist. I've managed to place orders, track orders, processing refund and replacement. I've been in a Collection as well to collect past dues on the account of the customer and to keep their account current.
