I worked as a Inventory Specialist at a Premium Cigarettes Company handling their inventory, which enabled me to handle the in and outs of products and also having organizational skills. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative handling queuing calls ensuring zero to no mistakes in taking customer orders, while also satisfying the client requests. Working as a Customer Service Representative allowed me to think critically and solving problems in a short period of time while also providing meticulous work. I am also Social Media literate, jumping from different kinds of tools daily and managing personal life through the internet. I was also a part time tutor, teaching Elementary level students and students in Early Childhood Education, teaching students allowed me to able to expand my social and teaching abilities. I am open to new learnings allowing myself to be able to adapt to extreme environments, and to provide exceptional services.
