For over 9 years of hands-on experience working in the hospitality Industry, I have learned many skills that I believe are useful in transitioning into remote jobs.
I started to work with the startup company where I supported the Founders and the General manager with the daily operations.
As a supervisor and Operations Manager, I handle:
- Bookkeeping support (Data entry, monitoring expenses, and monthly budget)
- Generating basic monthly/Quarterly Operation reports.
- Monitoring inventories across 3 branches.
- Handling clients' inquiries & Reservations via phone calls, face-to-face, or email.
- Preparing Quotations and Issuing Invoices.
- Processing clients' orders once the Quotations are approved (Event coordination)
- Supervised over 15+ staff , staff duty rosters & Logistic arrangements.
- Preparing the staff's monthly payroll.
- Following up with clients regarding the payments.
I am passionate about combining my skills and hands-on knowledge to help business owners, entrepreneurs lessen their workload by doing behind-the-scenes tasks that eat up most of their time so they can focus more on growing their business.
