Hi, I am John Marie Salvador from the Philippines, a recent graduate with a degree in Internal Auditing and currently working as a Virtual Assistant for a small local agency. My responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries through Gmail and brand social media pages, processing refunds, replacements, and store credits, and monitoring order issues such as shipment delays, disputes, and supply chain concerns while coordinating with suppliers when necessary. I also assist another client by managing customer inquiries through Gorgias, and I support a third client by recording daily Shopify sales, supplier invoices, and advertising expenses fro-----------ta, Pinterest, and Google.
