A hard-working and detail-oriented BS Psychology graduate from Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas, with a strong interest in Human Resources. Through my internship at Balay Dako, Inc., I gained hands-on experience across three key HR functions: recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
