and 1 year as interconnection administrator at SunPower Philippines (Solar energy industry).
As Order Management Specialist, I have developed a strong background in managing end-to-end dealer support., efficiently handled and supported over 30 dealers across California—assisting with order fulfillment, shipments, homeowner inquiries, Return of materials , installation-related concern and Invoicing.
As an Interconnection Administrator, I have extensive experience managing interconnection processes across various utilities, including Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), Southern California Edison (SCE), Imperial Irrigation District (IID), and San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E). My responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and execution of interconnection applications, as well as validating all supporting documents to ensure each submission is complete and free of deficiencies.
I am highly proficient in using Salesforce, Oracle, and Albatross, with four years of hands-on experience in these platforms.
