I began my career as a cashier, where I developed strong customer-facing skills over one year. I then transitioned to a distributing company as an Assistant Manager, overseeing dry goods operations. After three months, I moved into the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative in technical support, where I thrived for one year in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. I am grateful to that company for giving me my start in the industry, where I learned the value of patience, empathy, and efficiency.
In my personal development, I actively enroll in courses to gain knowledge about remote work and familiarize myself with industry-standard tools, even without direct client experience yet. My goal is to continuously improve my skills and be job-ready for remote opportunities.
