Customer Service Representative | BPO Experienced | Remote Support
Hi, I’m -----------. I am a dedicated Customer Service professional with BPO experience from Qualfon and Concentrix, handling TELCO accounts and supporting customers through voice and remote work.
I worked with Qualfon (2018–2019) as a Customer Service Representative, where I handled customer inquiries, concerns, and account-related issues while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. I later joined Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative for a TELCO account and transitioned to work-from-home during the pandemic in March 2020.
Currently, I am working as a housekeeper while taking care of my 2-year-old son, and I am looking to build a stable part-time online job where I can apply my customer service skills and continue learning in the freelancing industry.
I may be new to freelancing, but I am not new to customer service. I am reliable, eager to learn, and committed to providing professional and empathetic support to customers. I can follow instructions well, adapt quickly to tools and systems, and work independently from home.
